A judge in Russia dismissed a sexual harrasment suit where a female employee was told by her employer that she would be required to have sex with him or lose her job; his reasoning is that “Sexual harassment is necessary for the propagation of the species.”
On one hand, I’m glad it’s not my country but knowing shit like this happens all over the world is disgusting to me. It’s like the woman in Italy who lost her rape case because her jeans were extremely tight and it was “impossible” for her to not be an accomplice in the sexual act. We should market a line of skinny jeans called the “Unrapables” and see how that flies.
