I am drinking right now.
I finally used the AMC giftcard that some extremely awesome customers gave me last Christmas by taking Jess to see “Thank You For Smoking!“. The movie was a lot of fun, I reccomend it to all.
Also scored a cheap SM57, tickets to Sigur Ros on May 1st, a 200gb firewire drive and an M-Audio Mk-449C midi controller for my “home studio”.
So, in short - Thank you Amy and Kim Snyder; you guys are awesome.

Speaking of which, there’s an exact copy of Blueballs up for sale, but I don’t have an extra $100 to throw down on a guitar I don’t need right now.
If anyone wants to pick it up for me, I’ll buy it off you in a few months. *wink wink*
Hell, if I had an extra $300 I’d buy all of the Lotus’ models listed right now because they are the perfect templates for modification. A strat copy that is more solid-body than any real Fender out there has virtually unlimited possibilities. In the future I envision an entire fleet of Lotuses.
